We have new policies in place to ensure the safety of our customers and staff members. This is our highest priority. Your co-operation during this uncertain time is greatly appreciated.
We are encouraging all our customers to book prior to arrival (even if it is only 10 minutes before!) as tables will be limited and we cannot guarantee you will be able to be seated if you walk in. Please understand that we will not be able to use all our tables for seating guests.
The maximum booking will be for six guests or two households.
Although our outside tables are not able to be booked specifically we will offer outside tables should the weather allow.
Our opening hours our changing. This is intended to be temporary and we are hoping to return to our full opening hours as soon as is possible.
- Monday – Tuesday Closed
- Wednesday – We will be open from 12 Noon – 10pm (last table booking 8pm) on Wednesday in August (12th, 19th, 26th) and will be offering the government backed EAT IN TO HELP OUT scheme with 50% off.
- Thursday (from 13th August), Friday & Saturday 12 noon – 10pm (last table booking 8pm)
- Sunday 12 noon – 3pm (last table booking 2.30pm)
We would ask that you DO NOT visit the restaurant if you feel unwell in any way. Our staff will be asked to follow the same rule.
We will be offering table service only. Please do not come to the bar. We will take orders and payments at the table.
We will still be able to take cash but card payments are encouraged. Contactless payments are now possible up to £45. We will disinfect our card machine between uses.
Upon arrival you will need to wait at the entrance to be greeted by one of our members of staff. There will be hand sanitiser provided and we will endeavour to maintain a 1m+ distance.
We will be taking contact details (Name and telephone number) for ALL bookings including walk-ins. This is so we can provide information for the NHS Test and Trace system, and this is a council requirement.
You may still come for a drink, but our priority will be dining guests. However, we will use upstairs for seating guests drinking if needed and if room allows.
Our collection and delivery service will continue. We will update guests on availability and changes as needed. Guests will now be required to ring in their order to the restaurant and we will take immediate payment on the phone.
Toilets: – We only have one gents and one ladies toilet. If you need to wait for use of the toilet please maintain social distancing. An extra sanitiser station will be provided for your use outside the toilets.
The toilets will be cleaned more frequently during opening hours.
Stairs – We require that only one person uses the stairs at a time.
